I have folliculitis and this conditioner (combined with the burdock and neem shampoo) is the only thing that helps. I do, however, have to rotate products so my scalp doesn't get too "used to" a product. So far, though, this conditioner has been a godsend and I've had folliculitis for years and nothing else has worked like this conditioner has. I use the shampoo, then rinse it out. Then I apply the conditioner and don't rinse it out until I'm finished showering.
