I do feel like my skin is better hydrated when I use this. I place the Restorative Sea Culture Replenishing Serum on top while it’s still damp and it seems to really help lock in the hydration and then I put my moisturizer on top of that. I think it has a bit of a tacky and a bit shiny feel and look as opposed to a soft, smooth matte finish if that paints the picture right. But I like it, I feel my skin was doing much better while using it, compared to when I run out.

Yep, THIS ONE is a definite YES for me. As I have said in past reviews, it leaves a little 'tacky' behind, but product works so well in redness and hydrate when you are on-the-run, that I hope to always have this on my make-up counter. Thanks again!
United States100% Pure has the best toners
I really like 100% Pure toners. This is the 3rd type of toner I’ve tried and have love them all. This one has a subtle scent and my skin feels revived & refreshed every time I used it. I’ve used many other brands and they all give me an allergic reaction (red bumps on my skin & itchiness), but not 100% Pure (and maybe 2 other brands). I also recommended the Restorative Sea Culture Hydrating Toner and Rose Water mist which I use as toner and to refresh throughout day.

So bomb that I repurchased! It is like a water consistency but feel soooo good on your skin. It is like giving your skin a drink of water. I started to see major improvements in my skin right away after battling with skin issues during pregnancy. I started using this product post partum and my skin turned around.
My favorite toner
I love this toner - my skin feels so good and i feel healthy! Have purchased it several times, but will have to find a comparable toner, as the price has gone from $40 to $44. $40 was already more than I wanted to pay.
