I really wanted to like this shampoo. It smells great and doesn’t have toxic ingredients like most shampoos. Unfortunately this shampoo made my hair fall out in clumps. It was actually terrifying to see the amount of hair that would fall out each wash. It also made my fine hair feel like straw after each use. My hair dresser even asked me what I have been using bc my hair was so dry and would get crazy knots. I do not recommend this shampoo.
