It soothing and healing, it will definitely be my go to chapstick for taking care of the painful cold sores. It’s also just a really nice chapstick to keep your lips soft. I am happy a friend recommended it and so glad I bought 3. I did give one to a friend but I will be buying it again before I run out.

The product it’s self is great but the container of the product is faulty. I’ve ordered this product a thousand times and every time the bottom that pushes the lip balm out gets jammed and I have to use my fingers to get the remaining lip balm out.
